Comprehensive Services
To ensure we provide the best possible care, all our clients undergo an assessment to tailor our services to your specific needs. If you are new to our service, please register with My Aged Care and ask to be referred to the Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre. Our range of services includes:
- Domestic Assistance: Helping you live independently by supporting daily household tasks.
- Meals: We offer meal delivery or in-home meal preparation with the help of a support worker.
- Social Support: Assistance with shopping and connecting to community groups.
- Transport: Helping you get to appointments safely and on time.
- Respite: Providing support for carers so they can take a well-deserved break.
- Home Maintenance: Assisting with the upkeep of your home.
- Home Modifications and Assistive Technology: Installing grab rails and other safety features to keep your home safe and accessible.
