Welcome to the Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre Inc, we are situated in beautiful Evans Head NSW on the traditional lands of Bundjalung people's country. We are a community based organisation and a leader in the provision of services and programs to the communities of Evans Head, Broadwater, Woodburn, Coraki and surrounding rural locations.

The Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre believe in:

  • The right of people to access services in a non-discriminatory basis.
  • The right of the community to accountable and responsive services.

The Mid Richmond Neighbourhood Centre (MRNC) was incorporated in 1986 and provide a cohesive and extensive range of services in response to identified community needs. We operate within a community based management model, this means we are guided by a management committee of local community members called a management Committee.

The Management Committee
Our Management committee members are elected or reelected annually and are made up of local voluntary members of the community including; School, Business, Aboriginal and broader communities. The management committee are responsible for setting strategic directions, policies, planning, evaluation and financial management, the local residents are committed to empowering and providing services for our local communities of Evans Head, Broadwater, Woodburn, Coraki and surrounding areas.

Membership
We welcome everyone, if you would like to become a financial member please visit our office to fill out a membership form for our management committee to approve.

Annual Fees
There is a small joining fee of $2, then an annual fee of $5 or whatever you feel is meaningful.
